Abbotsford Community Services (ACS), Registered 1969, is a not-for-profit, multi-service, multi-funded community based social service agency with a three-fold intent:

1. to plan for and provide direct social community services;
2. to heighten awareness of social concerns within the community and to foster community involvement;
3. and, through partnership with government, private organizations and individuals, to create opportunities for community members to participate in serving, developing and strengthening communities.
ACS strives to be an agency that fosters community well-being and social justice through positive action and leadership.

ACS holds over 80 contracts with different levels of government and provides direct service to nearly 40,000 individuals each year.

From supporting newborns to seniors and their families; from advocating for new immigrants to persons with developmental disabilities; from counselling women fleeing abusive relationships to securing employment for street involved youth and from anti-racism trainings to interfaith dialogues, Abbotsford Community Services is people helping people.
